broken windows rude staff
The air conditioning did not work well. That was annoying. I asked for a room with a specific view as advertised on the website, but I got a view of an abandoned building with broken windows. The staff member I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. I expect better for what I paid.

weak air conditioning mediocre breakfast
the air conditioning struggled during the hotter days it barely cooled the room the lack of adequate cooling made it difficult to relax the breakfast quality was acceptable but unmemorable nothing particularly stood out in terms of freshness or flavor

The reception staff was very helpful. They assisted with various requests. Breakfast had a good selection of food and drink. It was a nice way to begin the day. Fresh pastries were available.
I found the common areas worn. They seem to need some attention. The elevator was small. It felt cramped with luggage.

small room broken air conditioning
the staff were helpful! at least, when i asked for something.
The room was not what i expected. It was small and felt quite dated. the air conditioning in the bathroom didn't work at all, pretty inconvenient. also, there was only one chair in the room, difficult to relax or get comfortable.

adequate boutique hotel
friendly staff tea station check-in time abandoned building
the staff was friendly. all day coffee and tea were available. a lovely room with a balcony was a nice feature. i felt a home from home feeling.
i arrived at the hotel much earlier than check-in time. i left my bags at the hotel and went out. i was not able to check in until 3pm. i had booked the room for a junior suite. when i got into the room and opened the window, my view was an abandoned building.
